-All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
-All returns for product must be pre-approved by us and accompanied by the original receipt and packaging slip with tracking number within 30 days of purchase.
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All products from return requests must be unused and undamaged.
-We will not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) or third-party billing for return merchandise.
-We will not be responsible for items that we do not receive.
- Approved returns will be credited via the original purchase method.
- Approved returns are subject to a 5% non-refundable fee.
- In an event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for refunds. We are not responsible for damaged items during shipment.
- Returns must be prepaid, insured by the customer, and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
- We reserve the right to refuse all refund and return requests.
REPACKAGE APPROVED MERCHANDISE AS FOLLOWS:
- Package the merchandise in its original container.
- Enclose the complete Return Form and the original Janey&Nell receipt or packaging slip.
